Welcome to Eau Whatever Decants. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply to purchases through our website and use of our services. Please review them before placing an order.

1. Our fragrances and decanting service

Eau Whatever Decants sells hand-decanted portions of authentic fragrances taken from original manufacturer bottles.

We independently transfer fragrance into smaller, labeled glass spray atomizers. The decant bottle, label, and packaging are prepared by Eau Whatever Decants and are not produced or packaged by the original fragrance manufacturer.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase includes only the selected volume of fragrance in a decant atomizer. The original full-size bottle and original retail packaging are not included. Our decants are not manufacturer-packaged samples.

2. Independent seller and brand references

Eau Whatever Decants is an independent decant seller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of the fragrance manufacturers featured in our store.

Brand names, fragrance names, trademarks, and original bottle images identify the source fragrance being offered. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that the original manufacturer prepared, approved, or guarantees our decant packaging or service.

3. Product descriptions, photographs, and sizes

Please review the fragrance name, concentration, edition, and selected volume before purchasing. Different concentrations and special editions may differ in scent.

Photographs of original fragrance bottles identify the source fragrance and do not represent the packaging you will receive. Some product images may be edited or digitally generated for presentation. Product descriptions identify the fragrance, edition, and quantity offered. If an image and description appear inconsistent, please contact us before ordering.

Sizes are measured in milliliters of fragrance, not the total capacity of the atomizer. For example, a 1 mL decant may be supplied in a 2 mL bottle, and a 3 mL decant may be supplied in a 5 mL bottle. Extra space in the atomizer is intentional.

Spray counts vary by atomizer and use. We sell fragrance by volume and do not guarantee a particular number of sprays.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and shipping information and for using a payment method you are authorized to use.

Prices, available sizes, and stock may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout.

If a stock shortage, pricing error, or payment issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different fragrance or edition without your agreement. Any payment collected for an item we cancel will be refunded.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that a requested change can be accommodated once preparation or shipment has begun. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

5. Processing and shipping

We ship only within the United States, to addresses eligible for our available ground-shipping service. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received, often sooner. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Alcohol-based fragrances are shipped using an appropriate ground service. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the required options to accept a delay or cancel for a refund of the unshipped merchandise.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact help@eauwhateverdecants.com promptly. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

If your package is missing or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the carrier inquiry.

6. Returns and order problems

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for changes of mind or personal fragrance preferences, except where required by applicable law.

Please choose your fragrance, edition, and size carefully. Scent preferences, perceived strength, longevity, and projection vary by person and conditions of use. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will suit your preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete, contact help@eauwhateverdecants.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs when available, and retain the packaging while we review the issue.

We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law. Please contact us before sending any item back so that any authorized shipment can be handled safely.

Our no-returns policy does not eliminate rights or remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Fragrance use and safety

Fragrances are intended for external use only. Do not ingest or apply to eyes or broken or irritated skin. Keep fragrances out of reach of children and pets.

Alcohol-based fragrances are flammable. Keep them away from heat, sparks, and open flames.

Review ingredient and safety information before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities. Contact us before purchasing if you need additional product information. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when appropriate.

These precautions do not limit our obligations concerning product safety or your rights under applicable law.

8. Website use

You may not use this website to engage in unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation, or attempt to access accounts or information without authorization.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Any action affecting an existing paid order remains subject to our obligations under these terms and applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you browse our website, contact us, or place an order.

10. Customer rights and other store policies

These terms should be read alongside our posted Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, obligation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A general statement that sales are final does not override those rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date.

Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights associated with an order already placed.
